Who is this website for?
Professional clients and eligible counterparties only, such as investment funds, fund managers, fund administrators and family offices acting for business purposes.
It is not intended for retail clients or for individuals acting in a personal capacity, and nothing on it should be relied on by them. If you are not a professional or institutional client, please do not use our services.

Which FundFX services are regulated, and which are not?
Our introductions for international payments and spot foreign exchange are not regulated activities. They are not covered by Introvisory's FCA authorisation, and the FCA status above should not be read as covering them or the providers' services.
| Service | Who provides it | Regulatory position |
|---|---|---|
| Blind quotes and introductions for spot FX and payments | FundFX | Not a regulated activity |
| FX cost reviews | FundFX | Not a regulated activity |
| Switching support and provider due diligence facts | FundFX | Not a regulated activity |
| Currency exchange, payments, accounts and safeguarding | The provider your fund chooses | Regulated by the FCA under the provider's own authorisation as a bank, payment institution, e-money institution or investment firm |
FundFX does not currently introduce funds for forwards, options or other hedging products. Forwards and options are investments, and we will only introduce them once a permitted route has been confirmed.
Does FundFX give advice?
No. We give facts and comparisons, not advice on which product, hedge or provider your fund should use.
Our guides explain how FX and payments work for funds in general terms. They are not advice about your fund's circumstances and do not take account of its objectives or risks. Decisions about which provider to use, and what to trade, are for your fund. Where a page includes a worked example or a calculation, it is an illustration using stated figures, not a promise of what you will pay or save.
Does FundFX hold client money or make payments?
No. FundFX never receives, holds or routes client money, never makes or instructs payments and never sends or changes payment details.
Your fund contracts directly with the provider it chooses. The provider carries out its own know-your-customer checks, executes trades and payments, and safeguards client money under its own FCA authorisation. FundFX does not collect or store fund KYC documents. Client money, security and confidentiality
Who carries out the transactions?
Partner providers authorised by the FCA as banks, payment institutions, e-money institutions or investment firms. We will name them here, with their firm reference numbers, once agreements are signed and each has approved how it is described.
Blind quotes are indicative until your fund has been onboarded by the provider and has passed its checks. The provider's own terms of business apply to every transaction.
How is FundFX paid?
By the providers, not by your fund. The provider you choose pays us a share of what it earns on your trades.
We explain how this works before you choose a provider, show you every quote we receive and keep a record of why each provider was matched to your fund, separately from what it pays us. How we are paid
Are FundFX's services covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS?
In most cases, no.
The Financial Ombudsman Service can only consider complaints from eligible complainants, mainly consumers, micro-enterprises, small businesses, small charities and small trusts, and only about activities it covers. Most investment funds and fund managers will not be eligible, and our introduction service is not a regulated activity.
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not cover e-money or payment services. Deposit protection at banks, up to £120,000 per eligible depositor since 1 December 2025, excludes collective investment undertakings, investment firms and financial institutions, which covers most funds and fund managers. Client money held by payment and e-money institutions is protected by safeguarding instead, which is explained on our guide to choosing a provider. Choosing an FX provider
