FundFX, a trading name of Introvisory Ltd, undertakes that:

we will use your trade data only to prepare your cost review;
we will not share it with any provider or other third party in a form that identifies your fund without your written consent;
files are encrypted when they arrive and only the people preparing your review can open them;
we will delete the data within 90 days of receipt, or sooner if you ask;
a signed non-disclosure agreement is available on request before you upload.
